Blair Image Elements, a leader in supplying signage and related branding elements to regional, national, and international clients, is currently seeking entry level Associate Software Engineers for our Electronics Development Team based in Altoona, Pennsylvania.  As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing applications for use by our own employees, as well as customer facing software to improve the customer’s experience.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Working on solutions throughout the entire software development cycle from Discovery to Implementation
•    Desktop App Development
•    Designing and executing test procedures on code written by the team
•    Creating test fixtures for production electronics QA
•    Create web-based applications for customer-facing solutions
•    Working with mobile development

What we’re looking for:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, or equivalent
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
•    A desire to learn new technical skills through trainings and continuing education
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    Familiarity with Agile framework themes
