Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Scanner. The primary responsibility of this role is to scan and digitize documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in operating scanning equipment, and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and digitize documents using scanning equipment and software.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of documents, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Organize and maintain digital files in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in document scanning or data entry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in operating scanning equipment and familiarity with scanning software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for operating scanning equipment and handling documents.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of documents as needed.
