Health Insurance
Eligible to join the first day of the month after 60 days of employment.  Blair shares cost of premium for family or individual coverage.

Vision Insurance
Eligible to join the first of the month following 60 days of employment.  This plan is provided in conjunction with the Health Care Benefits.

Dental Insurance
Eligible to join the first of the month following 60 days of employment.  This plan is optional to those who choose to enroll in the Health Care Benefits.

Life Insurance
Eligible to join the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.  Company funded life insurance, with the option to sign up for additional insurance paid for by the employee.  Includes spouse and children also.

Flexible Spending Account
Eligible to join the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.  Reimburses employees for qualifying healthcare and/or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Paid Leave
Blair provides Paid Leave to regular, full-time and part-time employees based upon their length of service with the Company.  Employees may use accrued Paid Leave for vacation, personal business or time off for a personal health condition in accordance with established policy.

Paid Holidays
Eligible after 90 days of employment.  Up to 9 paid holidays for regular, full time and part time employees.

Retirement Plan
Eligible after one year of employment. Employees can contribute up to 15% of salary. Plan includes various, self-directed investment options.  Blair matches 1:3 of the first 6% of salary contributed.  Eligible to participate after one year of employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

POSITION:               Project Coordinator
LOCATION:             Knoxville, TN
REPORTS TO:         Project Manager
STATUS:                   Regular, Full Time     
 
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects.  Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
    • Initiate job/location information in Babylon and electronic files in Cadserve, following any specific customer reporting requirements as necessary.
    • Handle entering information to start the landlord and shop print process.
    • Review and monitor internal and customer provided reports; initiate and maintain accurate records and data entry throughout the life of the project.
    • Read and interpret Blair sign prints (landlord and shop levels).
    • Determine BIN installers to use for any given area and be able to utilize accounts for contact.
    • Be able handle basic installer calls and issues.
    • Answer customer calls and emails promptly and competently.
    • Understand the appropriate escalation contact to flag issues to.
    • Proactive and autonomous follow-up on landlord and permit status/approvals, utilizing both e-mail and phone calls.
    • Nurture relationships with our installation partners, generating and communicating purchase orders and answering installation questions in a clear, timely manner.
    • Generate and utilize documents based in Microsoft computer programs, with specific concentration on Excel and Word.
    • Assist in training and ongoing support of fellow employees, prompting Blair values and mission.
    • Generate invoicing and any customer specific documents required.
General Administrative Support:
  • Provide basic office support, including filing and organizing of paper and electronic documents.
  • Periodic reception desk assistance.
